Welcome to all 2006 REU participants. This year, the selection was quite competitive and had some very tough decisions to make given the high caliber of the applications that we received.

In selecting the 14 REU participants and the 5 RET participants, we feel that we've chosen the "cream of the crop" and I am personally looking forward to your participation in the Summer 2006 REU Program.

The table below contains links that will allow you to access forms and documents that you will need as required by the NSF REU guidelines, the Program Director, UAB Personnel and various other entities at UAB.

Although you will need to bring all of these forms and documents with you when you come to Birmingham, some of the forms you will need to complete and either e-mail or fax back to me by the date indicated.
