Multitasking Designer Diamonds -- Vertical Integration of Multiple Sensors

Figure 4 shows a fully fabricated multitasking designer diamond anvil containing two vertically integrated sensors, including an eight-probe circuit for electrical measurements and electrical heating and a micro-loop for magnetic susceptibility measurements. These sensors were placed at various depths in the diamond anvil with the eight-probe pattern on top and the micro-loop pattern underneath. The diamond deposition was carried out in two stages to encapsulate the two different sensors.
